QuartzMark Letters is a software-as-a-service product that uses AI to research, draft, distribute, and analyze newsletter content on behalf of its customers. Customers connect their own newsletter platforms (e.g., Substack, Beehiiv, Ghost) and social media accounts via OAuth. The Service does not own or republish your content.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe in advance. All plans include hard usage caps. We never bill overages — generation pauses when caps are reached. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Content Ownership & AI

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that is defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, illegal, spam, or harmful. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party (e.g., Anthropic API, Stripe) outages may affect operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will not delete your data immediately; export tools are available.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tokyo.
